Beginning in 2010, owner Matthew Hrycko began his insurance career with one goal in mind, that is to always put your clients first. This focus has allowed him to grow into the business he has today, Insurance benefits of Pennsylvania was created and founded in 2020. Matthew noticed the need for someone in this area to provide consultations for Health insurance as well as Life insurance and multiple options available to invest their hard-earned money using fixed annuity products.

With the majority of my clients being from the Ellwood City area and having a lot of local ties to the area, even living here as a young child as my grandfather owned the car dealership here in Ellwood during the 80s,, I always wanted to own a business in this town and help as many people as I can navigate these confusing decisions.

We are small very personal agency located on main street in Ellwood City with the main goal of creating lifetime clients and relationships, while always doing what is best for you, our clients.
